Change / Add Management Details

First: Documents required for Initial Approval
  • Registration and licensing application, as well as proof of reserved trade name. To apply online for registration go to e-Application.
  • Original License and Original Certificate of Registration.
  • Photocopy of the new manager’s passport (in case he/she is not one of the partners).
  • Approval of the Ministry of Economy & Commerce (for branches of foreign companies registered with the Ministry).
  • Approval of the Central Bank for activities requiring such approval.
  • Main company’s Board of Directors resolution to change the manager and new manager’s authorization (branches of foreign companies not registered with the Ministry of Economy & Commerce).
  • Letter from concerned country’s embassy or consulate (Government Liaison Office).
Second: Documents required after getting the Initial Approval
  • All documents submitted before in order to get the Initial Approval.
  • Photocopy of the new manager’s accommodation lease. (Non-UAE national).
  • Amendment to the Memorandum of Association duly authenticated by the Notary Public, if the name of the manager is mentioned in the original Memorandum (except branches of foreign companies).
  • Application of an official editor publication of the company (Ministry of Economy and Commerce for commercial companies).
