    Where and How to Complain

    DED seeks continuously to offer better services to consumers, emphasizing its leading role in overseeing and controlling the compliance issues to create an active economic climate and ensure the protection of consumer rights.  DED provides all possible communication lines with consumers to keep informed of their views, meet requirements and address complaints as DED takes the responsibility to eliminate any negative behaviors that may harm our customers. It is noteworthy to highlight DED adoption of transparent practices with all consumers in regard to customers feedback and suggestions raised.
