    Customer Complaints

    1. A consumer can file a complaint directly by either coming in person to the Department of Economic Development- Commercial Protection Section - and bringing in with him purchasing bill, or he can send the complaint by mail and enclosing with it the purchasing bill, e-mailing it and scanning the purchasing bill, or faxing it together with the purchasing bill, or through online complaint form.

    2. Procedures to be taken based on complaints in section (c) are:
      • The defendant will be requested to settle the matter
      • A meeting with the two parties to settle the matter amicably
      • Closing the complaint’s file
