Change / Add a Business Activity First: Documents required for Initial Approval

Registration and licensing application, as well as proof of reserved trade name. To apply online for registration go to e-Application and to reserve a trade name go to online trade name reservation.
Original License and Original Certificate of Registration.
Approval of the Ministry of Economy for branches of foreign companies registered with the Ministry and for public shareholding companies.
Main company’s Board of Directors resolution to change the activity (for
branches of foreign companies not registered with the Ministry of Economy).
Approval issued by other Government authorities according to the type of activity. Please check External Approvals or go to our online Activities Search e-Service.
Photocopy of office lease including the plot number.

Second: Documents required after getting the Initial Approval

All documents submitted before in order to get the Initial Approval.
Amendment to the Memorandum of Association concerning change of trade
name (all legal forms of companies except branches of foreign companies).
Changing the Contract of the Service Agent (if any).
